b) Venue : Pusat Akuatik Hang Jebat, Melaka
c) Organizer : Malacca Amateur Swimming Association (MASA)
d) Auspices : Amateur Swimming Union of Malaysia (ASUM)
e) Rules : FINA Rules Applied
f) Age of Reckoning : As of 1st January 2017
g) Team Manager Meeting : 4.00pm on Friday, 19th May 2017 at Bilik Mesyuarat, Pusat Akuatik Hang Jebat
h) Entries : No limit to the number of swimmers per event
i) Closing Date : 3.00 p.m. on Friday, 28th April 2017
2. SUBMMISSION OF ENTRIES - Entries are to be submitted by soft copy via email to gbk_5566@yahoo.com
3. ENTRY FEE - Entry fee amounting RM5.00 per individual event will be charged.
All entries are to be accompanied by the relevant entry fees in ‘Crossed Account Payee Cheque /
Money Order’ and made payable to
“MALACCA AMATEUR SWIMMING ASSOCIATION” or
“PERSATUAN RENANG AMATUR MELAKA”.
Entries submitted without entry fee will not be accepted.
You may also make payment via Inter Bank Giro (IBG) or ATM deposit into
PERSATUAN RENANG AMATUR MELAKA -
Public Bank Berhad (A/C No: 3-0990291-06) or
Affin Bank Berhad (A/C No: 10-517-000197-3).
Kindly email or whatsapp your IBG Receipt or Bank In Slip to us as proof of payment.Note: Entry Fees paid are not refundable
